MadMat Yoga

is a virtual yoga center and a resource for yoga practices and education. We provide individual and small group services to northern New Jersey and the New York metropolitan area. Though we closed our physical yoga center space in June of 2011, we offer our services at corporate locations by series, at local yoga studios in Montclair, privately in West Caldwell, as well as at several retreat locations worldwide.

In addition to Yoga; Meditation; Workshops; and Specialized Yoga workshops for teachers and students that qualify for Yoga Alliance CEUs, we offer private yoga and meditation, as well as services such as Ear candling; Past Life Regression; and Matrix Energetics, Thai Yoga, The Trager Approach, Energy work practices, and Deep tissue massage and modalities at our physical location in Passaic County, N.J.

We have experience with a wealth of yoga styles and traditions including Starseed, Anusara, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Himalayan, Viniyoga, Iyengar and other alignment-based traditions.

Our focus is a Tantric one with significant study of the Classical Yoga Sutras of Patanjali.

We encourage and support your exploration of the sanctuary within yourself, the place where sublime peace resides.
