Brahmavihara
...from the root words Brahma and vihara.
Often rendered into English as "sublime" or "divine abodes". They are also called the "Four Immeasurables," or "the four sublime attitudes (loving-kindness, compassion, sympathetic joy and equanimity)", and are virtues that followers can cultivate endlessly, that is without limits, as good qualities for anyone to possess in good measure.
When developed to a high degree in meditation, they are said to make the mind "immeasurable" and like the mind of the loving brahma gods.

'With integrity and dedication, Madelana Ferrara-Mattheis transferred her yoga expertise into my mind, body and spirit. The 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training course offered, spread out over a two year period, allowed me to study yoga at a pace that was workable with my busy schedule. The training that I got could not have possibly been obtained through a ten month YTT course. Like a good pose developed over time, I was able to build a foundation from which to teach with utmost confidence and competence. More of an apprenticeship than a course, Madelana's format allows for more individualized attention. The knowledge I have today, so ingrained in my being, comes from a place of authenticity that I feel only a 500-hour YTT course such as Madelana's can provide'.
