What does it look like to learn to meditate with me?

Just like there are billions of people on the earth, there are many ways for one to meditate. Since our journeys are all individual, I offer private instructions which are the most effective way to learn.

This includes one-hour instructional sessions over a period of 4 – 5 days. Thereafter, you will have ongoing access to my support and a regular opportunity to join in community Meditation Check-ins to buoy your growth in the practice. But it will be so simple that you won’t even believe it took you this long to start!
