How will we work together?

Our work together is about you. Your comfort, boundaries and intentions are the center of our sessions. I offer attuned listening to begin providing the tools we will use to direct your process.

Our initial consultation will provide me with knowledge of the areas in your life you want to effect change. These areas could be impacting you mentally, emotionally and or physically. From there, I will mold our sessions to be specific to you and your needs. Having the knowledge of a wide variety of healing modalities, we may use one or even several, depending on what works most effectively for your mind, body and spirit.

My goal is to alleviate physical, mental, emotional distress or discomfort by accompanying you into a deeper exploration of Self. This may be through somatic (body) touch or movement practices, through physical or meditative Yoga practices, through energy-focused practices, through spiritual enquiries.

Feeling nervous or unsure? Sometimes clients feel hopeless when we start. But that changes very quickly as we begin to integrate the principles of Yoga Therapy and present-moment-awareness.

With over three decades of experience, hundreds of very unique clients and sessions, I am confident in my ability to help you.

Generally, people are hesitant to look for support because they are unsure what steps to take. My clients leave with a feeling of hope and a belief in my ability to help resolve their issue. While our goal is to help you with your healing, I do not rush you to do so.

Time is part of the process. Not knowing how much time you will have or how to apply the time can be a bummer. Together we will learn to work with your natural pace, using time as another tool!
